Bruce Brososky, Process Manager - EpiTrace Sentinel Solutions Inc.BRUCE BROSOSKY — Bruce has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry working with both private and public organizations, with half of that time spent in contract roles with the Government of Alberta (GoA). He successfully managed large IT infrastructure projects, such as the Windows XP to Windows 7 and Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations across the enterprise, as well as excelling in BA roles on GoA Domain Integration projects (migrating and merging individual ministry network domains into the larger single GoA domain), SCCM platform migration, and development of the GoA's Corporate Software Library.

He has demonstrated success providing project management and coordination, business analysis, document and process design & management, workshop facilitation, and communications with business and technical leaders at all levels, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.

Bruce played an important role as a business analyst working on a product called EpiTrack, the predecessor to EpiTrace Sentinel, in 2003. Working with Loyd Osler and Duncan Campbell, he provided interface design insight and consultation, project documentation, stakeholder consultation, and facilitation of design meetings and test cases.

Bruce holds valuable software copyrights, designing and developing real-time Web-enabled prototypes for diabetes and blood anticoagulation self-management and tracking systems. He led joint application design (JAD) sessions, facilitated meetings and workshops with software developers, medical staff, and business leaders, managed communications between disparate teams, as well as creating and delivering end user documentation, training, and support.

Bruce was a key member of the team that created the first iteration of the Liquor Connect web site for the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, providing business analysis, project documentation, and application development for the system that integrated inventory management, product ordering, and logistics.

Bruce studied psychology at the University of Alberta, and is ITIL®-certified.
