KATHRYN E. LANGLEY HOPE — Kathryn is president of K.E. Hope Consultants for 35+ years, focusing on both practice and patient care management, ergonomics, education and research, in the allopathic and complementary health fields, privately, institutionally and in the community and of LaserHopeAssociates, 'specializing in proven innovative technologies', now utilizing Low Intensity Laser Therapy.
Educated at The Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing, Toronto, then U of T, graduating from U of Windsor, led her to the start of a challenging, very diverse, exceptional career in Canada and the US, including as a Head Nurse, Supervisor, Director of Nursing, Assistant Administrator, Teaching Master in the Community College System in Ontario, Acting Dean and Adjunct Professor at OCNM (Founding Board Member), now the accredited Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Throughout these varied career positions, she also represented these various areas in communication with provincial and state governments, educational and community associations and organizations.
Kathryn also brings a breadth of volunteer service, including being a Member of the ROM's Currelly Society and RPC, the Bata Shoe Museum Collector's Circle, Canada Company, the RCMI: Member and Benefactor, the NATO Association of Canada: Chair and benefactor, Brushamania: Board Member and supporter, along with involvement in multiple Regiments/Organizations supporting the families and members of our Canadian Forces and the NTCC Annual 'Kettle' Campaign as a Leader for 15+ years. As a Rotary Paul Harris 4 Sapphire Fellow, a Nightingale Honour Roll Nominee, Dame of The Order of St George and The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal recipient, these indicate, some of that depth which she brings to our board.
